Customer Bill of Rights |
| Each Help company follows the exact same Customer Bill of Rights, and every employee of every Help company is trained on these simple "rules." Simple, but when executed, very powerful. FairnessOur first and foremost obligation to our customers is to be fair-period. We will fairly price all specified work. If there is found to be ambiguity or lack of direction in construction documents, we will do what is right and just for all parties involved. CommunicationWe will clearly and frequently communicate with our customers. Once a project begins, we will call, e-mail, or talk to our customer at least once per day. DocumentationWe will provide our customer with a detailed and complete description of the products and services we provide as part of our agreement. We will also document selections and changes to the scope of work to prevent misunderstandings. QualityAll work we put in place will meet or exceed standards in the industry. We will do our best to ascertain, prior to commencement, any and all customer-centric quality expectations and do our best to meet or exceed such expectations. ExpediencyWe will expeditiously prosecute the work effort required and minimize any inconvenience to our customer. We will prepare a written schedule for all construction projects and share the schedule, as well as any updates to the schedule, with our customer and trade partners. ProtectionWe will protect work already completed as well as our customers' property and grounds and that of our customers' neighbors. We will leave the project site as clean, or cleaner, than when we arrived. RespectWe will do our best to respect the wishes of our customer to create and maintain a harmonious relationship during the entire project. |
