| The simple system we employ to make certain our customers' expectations are met (or exceeded) - we make someone responsible for it. Each Help company has all its administrative and accounting needs taken care of by the Help Management Company, leaving each business unit manager free to attend to customers' needs and see to it that their objectives are being met and that projects are completed based on all plans, specifications, change orders, and other instructions. Likewise, business unit managers are responsible for making certain that their projects stay on schedule and on budget. They are responsible for all estimating, purchasing, and project management as well. The Help Customer Experience Managers' primary duty is to follow up with customers to make certain that we did what we said we would do when we said we would do it. |
