Construction Network Announces Commercial Arm
The Help Companies Network Launches Help Construction
Wednesday December 10, 2008
The Help Companies today announced the formation of Help Construction. A business that will focus on the design and construction of office, retail, and special-use facilities as well as commercial remodeling and tenant upfits.
"When we first started The Help Companies Network, we really only envisioned that we would be working in the residential arena. We found, however, that the same best practices and business courtesies we became known for had just as much value to owners of commercial structures and spaces," said Rick Bishop, Founder of The Help Companies Network.
Initially, Help Construction will focus on tenant space improvements, remodeling, and construction of light commercial projects such as churches and strip retail centers. "We have been fortunate in that many of our early projects were for owners that we already knew because we had done some sort of residential work for them before," said Bishop. "They already knew what we could do and trusted us to treat them fairly and do a good job."
